Ashley Lima

Owner & Transaction Coordinator

Ashley is the owner of Compass Transaction Coordination and is a virtual transaction coordinator. With a background in education, she has an eye for details and strives to provide exceptional client care. She started in real estate as a showing agent and soon advanced to serving clients as both a listing agent and a buyer's agent. 

As an agent, Ashley was a multi-million dollar top producing real estate agent with over 125 closed transactions from 2015-2018. She was the lead buyer's agent for one of the current top five teams in San Antonio. Faced with a military relocation for her family, she launched Compass to continue her career in real estate. Since opening Compass in 2018, she and the company have closed over 2000 transactions!​

Originally from Iowa, Ashley has lived all across the United States while relocating for her husband's military career. Outside of the office, Ashley is an outdoor enthusiast. From relaxing on the beach to hiking with her dogs, you are sure to find her taking on a new adventure whenever possible. Ashley currently resides in Florida with her husband, son, and their three dogs.
